Section 1 Training Plan

Section 2 Equipment Acceptance

1 . Pre acceptance of delivery , 10 working days before delivery , the Seller shall inform the buyer of pre acceptance of the equipment , The equipment pre acceptance shall be carried out according to the inspection items and standards agreed by both parties before acceptance , and the pre acceptance report signed by both parties shall be retained . The equipment can only be delivered after passing the buyers pre acceptance , except that the buyer abandons the pre acceptance . The delivery time of the Seller shall be deemed as the delivery time of the seller . The delivery time must meet the delivery date specified in the order .

2 . Formal acceptance time - the buyer puts forward the installation and commissioning requirements after receiving the goods , and the Seller shall assist in the installation and acceptance within 7 working days . If there is no test product running after receiving the equipment , it will be regarded as automatic acceptance within 30 days by default .

3 . Formal acceptance standard , the formal acceptance standard shall be based on the requirements listed in this Agreement and other supplementary specifications separately agreed by both parties . If there are national standards or industry standards for the equipment , they shall comply with both national standards and industry standards . The buyers acceptance of the equipment does not exempt the seller from the quality guarantee responsibility within the quality guarantee period of the equipment .

 

Section 3 Service Items

1 . Free technical training: the company provides pre-sale and after - sale free technical training , the number of free on - site training is once , and the number of telephone remote technical guidance is unlimited . There are special technical engineers to serve you at any time . We sincerely welcome you to visit and investigate .

2 . Neware telephone support: when using Neware products , if users encounter difficult problems , they can call the companys service hotline for consultation . The consultation time is based on the companys work and rest time .

3. Troubleshooting support , after receiving the customers notice of Neware product failure or abnormal operation , if it cannot be corrected by Neware telephone support , Neware will solve the problem as soon as possible within the service time , return to the normal operation , and correct , repair or adjust or replace the parts of the product .

4 . Response time , Neware shall make reasonable efforts to send qualified maintenance personnel to the product location , and the relevant maintenance personnel must arrive within the promised time . The time starts when Neware technician decides to provide on - site troubleshooting . Unless otherwise specified in the relevant service items , the hourly time only covers the working hours within the normal service hours, that is , from 9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday .

The companys products provide one years free maintenance and long - term follow - up service . And provide free software upgrades to ensure that the device is in the best working condition .

After receiving the service request , if you need to send someone to the site for maintenance , our technicians will arrive at the site at the first time to ensure the normal production of users .

 

Section 4 Exclusions

Neware service items do not include the necessary support caused by any reason other than Neware negligence or negligence . The reasons include but are not limited to ,

1 . Accident , transportation , negligence , misuse , abuse or breach of contract of the customer or its employees or agents or any third party .

Any product or part not supplied by Neware fails .

2 . The failure of Neware products caused by the failure of any products or parts not supplied by Neware or by any software installed in the products not supplied by Neware .

3 . Natural disaster , lightning , fire , flood , war , violence or any similar event .

4 . Change , repair or repair by Neware personnel or authorized person of Neware or any person other than the authorized contractor of Neware .

Services provided outside the product location , except those explicitly agreed by Neware . 

 

Replacement instructions

1 . Neware reserves the right to replace Neware products or any one or more parts that are considered to be faulty or need to be investigated , that is , only one part of Neware products is faulty or need to be investigated - any fault other than Neware products or spare parts shall be solved by the customer himself . 

2 . When Neware replaces the spare parts , it reserves the right to supply the parts that are the same in function and appearance as the new ones but have been used or readjusted . Neware shall ensure that the parts used for replacement shall have basically the same structure and at least the same specifications as the faulty Neware products . Neware reserves the right to supply any parts of the products produced by anyone it thinks fit at any time . 

3 . The parts provided for replacing Neware products shall become the property of the owner of Neware products . Any one or more parts of Neware products removed shall become the property of Neware .

4 . The warranty period of spare parts - replacement parts - used for repairing Neware products shall be one year from the date when they are loaded into Neware products or the remaining period of the warranty period of Neware products - whichever is the longer -  one year for the main control panel of the equipment, three months for the replacement of other parts, and no warranty for consumables . For the avoidance of doubt, the warranty period of Neware's products is not extended after repair or replacement . If the customer fails to return the replaced parts to Neware within ten days after the replacement parts are delivered to the customer by Neware , the customer shall pay for the replacement parts to Neware . The price of the replaced parts shall be in accordance with the maintenance price list of Neware at that time .

 

Customer obligations

In order to receive service and support , the customer shall be responsible for following 

1 . Preparation before calling - if the user has the following information and data during calling service , it can help the technical personnel to provide service more effectively .

a . Service - equipment - serial number .

b . Equipment model .

c . The external devices , power and computer configuration - used .

d . Intercept BTS 8.0. X working interface - ie fault occurrence interface - .

e . Save the NDA file of corresponding channel .

f . Copy log file .

Explain the problem to the technical personnel , the customer should specify the problems faced by the system , let the technical personnel understand the content and occurrence time of the fault report , and the measures taken to eliminate the fault .

Cooperate with technicians , listen to their solutions carefully and operate according to their instructions .

The technician is unable to solve the problem by phone and will recommend the next action to the customer .

Note - customers must comply with the above procedures before Sunway can send maintenance technicians to provide on - site maintenance .

Allow Neware technical support personnel to have full and safe access to the products in a timely manner , and be able to fulfill their obligations under this article .

Provide sufficient working space around Neware products for Neware technical support personnel to use , and provide all reasonable facilities required by Neware technical support personnel for test equipment and parts storage and storage at any time .

In order to provide effective service and ensure Neware technical support personnel to understand the problem situation in time , it is necessary to be received by a customer staff and accompanied by a customer staff who is familiar with the customer site and safety system during the maintenance of the customer's site , and try to provide staff who are familiar with the customer procedures and operation . 

Provide communication facilities reasonably required .

Section 5 Equipment Maintenance

Before you use Neware products , please pay attention to the following

1 . Please select the type of power cord according to the power of the equipment . Before connecting the equipment to the power socket , check the voltage rating to ensure that the required voltage and frequency match the actual power supply .

2 . Dont mix new and old batteries or different types of batteries for testing .

3 . When using multiple equipment to work , do not put the equipment too close to each other , which is easy to cause air backflow or air preheating , and is not convenient for equipment maintenance .

4 . Dont disassemble the circuit board without authorization , so as to avoid communication error or damage to the equipment .

5 . Before using the equipment , please check whether the equipment is normal and whether the probe of battery fixture has been damaged . If there is any damage , do not use it and paste labels for notes , and repair it in time .

6 . When installing the battery on the fixture, please pay attention to the correct connection between the positive and negative sides of the battery and the positive and negative sides of the fixture .

7 . When the battery is put in , the spacing between the upper and lower baffles of the clamp should be adjusted , and the lower clamp should be pressed at least half to ensure good contact . If the distance between clamps is too small , it is easy to scratch the battery ; If the battery is too loose , the accuracy of test data will be affected .

8 . Please set the working steps correctly during the test , otherwise the battery will be damaged and even cause safety accidents .

9 . When the internal temperature of the equipment exceeds 50 degree, please check whether the fan works normally .

10 . If abnormal voltage and current data of a channel is found during use , stop using the channel immediately , affix a label and contact Neware after - sales department for maintenance .

11 . The equipment you are using is a product with excellent design and technology , so you should use it carefully . The following suggestions will help you use the warranty service effectively .

12 . In order to ensure the best performance and accurate test accuracy of the equipment , it is recommended to conduct calibration once a year . 

When upgrading or re installing the new version of the software , please uninstall the previous version first .

13 . Please use the equipment according to the instructions in this manual and do not try other methods .

14 . Keep the equipment dry , rain , moisture and various liquids or moisture may corrode the electronic circuit .

15 . The equipment shall be kept clean and shall not be used or stored in dusty or dirty places. This will damage its detachable parts and electronic components .

16 . Dont store the equipment in an overheated place . High temperature will shorten the service life of electronic equipment .

17 . Dont store the equipment in a supercooled place , otherwise when the temperature of the equipment rises to room temperature, moisture will form inside the equipment, which will damage the circuit board .

18 . Dont knock or vibrate the equipment . Rough handling of the equipment will damage the internal circuit board and precision structure . 

19 . Dont use strong chemicals , cleaning agents or strong detergents to clean the equipment .

20 . When replacing parts , only matching or approved parts can be used . Unauthorized parts , modifications or accessories will affect the working performance of the equipment , or even damage the equipment .

21 . Always make backup for the data - such as test data , split volume data , etc - that need to be kept .

22 . Correct use and maintenance of the equipment will help you to better play the performance of the product .
